In 1992, Cal Upsilon was chartered here at Cal State University of San Bernardino. Then in April 23rd, 1994 at the Lake Marriott Hilton Cal Upsilon was then chartered to be be an official chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon. Twenty-four years later Cal Upsilon has been described as the work horses of Greek Life here at CSUSB as our values of Virtue, Diligence, Brotherly Love and pillars of being Leaders, Scholars, Athletes, and Gentlemen has reflected through our image, accolades, and GPA.
