For the first time since 2019, the brothers of the California Upsilon chapter of Sigep were recognized with the Talent Power Award for their efforts in recruitment, retention, and dedication to resilience in regrowth. 11 brothers traveled to San Jose for the 2026 Sigep Carlson Leadership Academy. In a weekend full on leadership and brotherhood, these men were taught not just what it means to succeed as a chapter, but to thrive in every space. Our brothers were honored to be in attendance of this great experience and look forward to pushing the boundary of what it means to be a part of something different every day.
